Google has recently unveiled the concept called “Universal Search”. This is the idea that when someone does a search, besides providing a list of websites and directories as they do now, they will also want to showcase pictures and videos! You can already see this principle in action. Type in the words “I have a dream” in Google and you will get the actual video of the famous speech in the search results. This is exactly why Google paid a fortune to buy u-Tube. Eventually, Google will index the spoken word just as they do the written word. Therefore, getting video on your site now will position yourself for search engine success in the future. The other advantage of video is how it personalizes your message to the prospective client/jury and increases client conversion. Here are some examples of Arizona websites that are incorporating optimized video into their site; http://www.hppc-law.com/ and http://www.bakerlaw-az.com/

Web video is not simply the latest exciting trend to hit the Internet, it is poised to fundamentally and forever alter how people interact with websites, search for providers and gather information. Just as most law firms eventually built a website after the Internet hit the mainstream, so too will most law firms establish a web video presence in the wake of video’s growing popularity.
Faces Media is one of the leading producers and marketers of attorney videos in the U.S. We’ve got a growing presence in Arizona; we have shoots next week on the 9th and 10th as well as the 23rd at our partner studio in downtown Phoenix.
